The guest of Radar Armenia's "Radar Conversation" program is Vladimir Grigoryan, adviser to the President of Nagorno-Karabakh. He spoke about the reasons for the decline of Nagorno-Karabakh, the resignation of Araik Harutyunyan, the disagreement of the population and political actors regarding integration with Azerbaijan, as well as the withdrawal of former presidents of Nagorno-Karabakh from Samvel Shahramanian in Baku.

According to him, the Russians said Azerbaijan would resort to military operations in July and August if they did not go through the integration processes. In that case, they would not be able to intervene in any way. "We received signals and warnings from the Russians that Azerbaijan wants to solve the issue by military means. The population and political actors were against the development of integration processes. They would work hard. Nothing depended on Artsakh.
