The issue of creating a military tribunal for Russia is being discussed

The establishment of a Ukrainian international tribunal is "on the table." Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced this at the meeting of the CEOs of "The Wall Street Journal."
"It is important that Ukraine can be held accountable for these things if necessary. But we also support the efforts of the International Criminal Court to gather evidence and information. Discussions are going on about creating some independent court or tribunal. All that is on the table" added Blinken.
