"Zhoghovurd" newspaper wrote: "According to the information received, the RA Investigative Committee received the expert opinion on the fire that broke out in the "Surmalu" shopping center on April 6, 2021, just a month ago.
The expert opinion confirmed that the shopping center's management did not abide by the safety rules. According to the shopping center employees, many were invited for questioning. Still, they did not complain about safety rules due to some circumstances, especially not to put their business in danger.
