"As you reported earlier, the Russian border guards should have stopped their activities at the Zvartnots airport. As a result of the Prime Minister's visit to Moscow yesterday, an agreement was reached that the Russian border guards will leave the locations of Tavush, Syunik, Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik, and Ararat regions.

The relevant departments of the RA will properly perform the functions of the "Zvartnots" airport and the border security. I hope this news will not upset the organizers of the last days' meeting too much."
