Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union in the South Caucasus, wrote on his Twitter microblog, "I am happy to present the work of the OSCE Permanent Assembly at the Geneva International Negotiations (GID) platform. I had useful meetings with the Russian side and the Georgian ambassador. I am leaving rainy Vienna to have important meetings in Baku."
