Ruben Vardanyan will be appointed Minister of State of Artsakh. "Hraparak"

"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "Businessman Ruben Vardanyan announced yesterday that he renounces his Russian citizenship and decided to settle in Artsakh. He also called on Armenians to move and build Artsakh. Our Artsakh sources inform us that Vardanyan will not be the status of an ordinary citizen in Artsakh; they will try to use his potential in the management system.

According to our information, he will be appointed Minister of State of Artsakh shortly. This is the position of the Prime Minister of Artsakh, which Artak Beglaryan currently holds.

Earlier, Ruben Vardanyan proposed to create a pan-Armenian front to support the security and development of Artsakh. He invests in Artsakh and has close relations with President Arayik Harutyunyan."
