The Azerbaijani mass media reports that Araik Harutyunyan, the former president of Artsakh, was arrested in Stepanakert. There is no official confirmation or denial yet.

Earlier, the Azerbaijani mass media reported about the arrest and transfer to Baku of the former presidents of Nagorno-Karabakh, Arkady Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan, as well as the Speaker of the National Assembly Davit Ishkhanyan.
