Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan informed that Ruben Vardanyan, a Russian-Armenian businessman who moved to Artsakh, was offered to take over the position of State Minister of Artsakh.

The commission of inquiry received more than 10,000 documents from the Ministry of Defense regarding the 44-day war.
