RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan made a post on his Facebook page that states explicitly:

"Last week, Google enabled Google Pay and Wallet in Armenia and 14 other countries. This work was done by Hovig Safoyan, the founder of SADA Systems, and the Armenians working inside Google. I thank you for this successful effort."
