"Ukraine will have only one attempt to launch a major counteroffensive this year, and it will be tough for the West to find resources for a second attempt if it fails." Czech President Petr Pavel said in an interview with Rzeczpospolita.
"War fatigue is not only the consumption of human resources and equipment and the destruction of infrastructure in Ukraine but also the fatigue of the aid-giving countries," Pavel said.
