Putin confirmed; the CIS unofficial meeting will be held in Saint Petersburg

"An agreement has been reached to hold a New Year's, pre-holiday informal meeting of CIS leaders in St. Petersburg," Russian President Vladimir Putin announced today at the EAEU summit in Bishkek.
