Frank Fallon, a US Congressional Committee on Armenian Affairs member, wrote on his Twitter microblog, "I strongly condemn the brutal execution of Armenian prisoners by Azerbaijani soldiers. These war crimes are not isolated incidents and point to the Aliyev regime's murderous campaign in the region. The United States and the international community must ensure responsibility for these heinous acts."
