On Tuesday, Kazakh Minister of Internal Affairs Marat Akhmetzhanov informed journalists that about 200,000 Russian citizens entered Kazakhstan after September 21, while 147,000 people left the country.
Earlier, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan said that the country's authorities could hand over to Russia only the criminals who are wanted internationally within the framework of the agreement on providing legal assistance between Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
