On Tuesday, the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Serhiy Marchenko, announced that the authorities of Ukraine received another 2.5 billion euros in financial aid from the European Union.
At the beginning of November, the European Commission presented the plan to provide economic aid to Ukraine for 18 billion euros during 2023. According to Ursula von der Leyen, financing can be given in regular installments in the form of loans with favorable terms.
