"Now it is more protected." NA Speaker about Tavush

NA Speaker Alen Simonyan, referring to the boundary of the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line in the Tavush area, noted that that area has now become more protected. "Now it is a more protected area. When you don't have questions and are bargaining with a potential attacker on that line, you fix: Here you are, here I am, and you move forward, you become more protected."

According to Simonyan, you can constantly build a wall and set up positions, and the enemy will attack with "bayraktars" and tanks. "If they are going to attack, these positions will make very little difference." The border is my guarantee, the legitimate border Azerbaijan has recognized; beyond this mound is Armenia."

Simonyan raised a question: Does anyone think that Armenia can go to war against Turkey, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, and Syrian mercenaries? "It is a matter of quantity: how many victims will we sacrifice?" But we have to remove the mentality of war from both the Azerbaijani and Armenian agendas."

According to Simonyan, at the instigation of a third country, people are busy provoking a conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan "so that a solution to the problem appears and peacekeepers come." "But we don't need a peacekeeper; we need to control the border."
