The office of the Secretary of the RA Security Council informed Rdar Armenia that RA Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan will not travel to the Russian Federation and will not participate in the 12th international meeting of high representatives coordinating security issues, which will be held in St. Petersburg on April 24-25.
