Maintaining an active political dialogue between Armenia and Georgia was emphasized

On September 28, RA Ambassador to Georgia Ashot Smbatyan met with Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia congratulated the Ambassador of Armenia on assuming the post and wished him practical work in Georgia.
During the meeting, reference was made to the cooperation between Armenia and Georgia in bilateral and multilateral formats, and the continuous expansion of the multi-sector agenda of Armenian-Georgian relations was emphasized.
The parties also exchanged thoughts on the developments and challenges in the region and the world; in this context, the necessity of maintaining a high-level active political dialogue between Armenia and Georgia was emphasized.
