The transfer of families who expressed a desire to leave Artsakh to Armenia will be carried out

The Artsakh government announces:
"Families left homeless due to recent military operations and wishing to leave the republic will be transferred to Armenia, accompanied by Russian peacekeepers.
The government will issue information on the transfer of other population groups shortly."
