On October 1, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, met with the representatives of the parliamentary forces of the Republic of Artsakh.
The latest foreign policy developments around the Republic of Artsakh and the possible steps to overcome the existing challenges were discussed.
As a result of the discussions, it was proposed by the parliamentary forces to convene a session of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh.
