RA Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan stated during the discussions of the 2023 budget project that the activation of political dialogue, the elimination of the various consequences of the aggression unleashed against Armenia and Artsakh, first of all, humanitarian, the withdrawal of the Azerbaijani armed forces from Armenian territory, and the final settlement of the conflict remain the priorities for the ministry.
