Will a peace treaty resolve the NK issue, or will a separate international mechanism be created?
The RA Council of Ministers Secretary, Armen Grigoryan, spoke to journalists today about the possibility of mentioning Nagorno-Karabakh in the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace treaty. According to him, there has yet to be a final decision on whether the Nagorno-Karabakh issue will be resolved with a peace treaty or whether a separate international mechanism will be created.

"Now, being closer to the end of the year, it is difficult to say that it will be completed by the end of the year, but we will continue to work, and it will depend on the results of the work," said Grigoryan.
