"Turkey does not plan to sign an agreement with Armenia shortly." Cavusoglu

Erdogan and Pashinyan agreed that the next meetings of special representatives for normalizing relations would take place in Turkey and Armenia. Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu announced this during a joint press conference with Qatar's Foreign Minister. "Baku and Istanbul are very sincere in this matter," he said.
"We do not plan to sign an agreement with Armenia shortly; we are just discussing the direction of normalization of relations," Cavusoglu added.
