Let us also inform you that on April 17, 2023, the General Prosecutor's Office of the RA National Security Service received the reports regarding the injuries recorded by the body examination of the arrested Husein Akhundov upon entering the prison, which was sent to the Investigative Committee on the same day to initiate criminal proceedings to find out the circumstances of the physical injuries, and resolve the issue. On April 18, 2023, criminal proceedings were initiated under Article 195, Part 2, Clause 5 of the RA Criminal Code (physical intervention by a group of persons).
