"In any case, the lack of concrete actions to open the Lachine Corridor can and should lead to concrete international consequences," he said.

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the decision of the UN International Court of Justice regarding the closure of the Lachin Corridor, by which Armenia's claim against Azerbaijan was satisfied.
