Today, at 22:00, the first televised debate of the 2023 Yerevan Council of Elders elections will take place live. It is held by the requirements of the Electoral Code and with the technical advisory support of the National Democracy Institute (NDI) by international standards.
The TV debate will be broadcast live on First channel, First news channel, and the Public's social platforms.
Numbers 2-6 of the lists of parties and alliances registered for the elections will take part in the TV debate. At the moment, the candidates who have confirmed their participation are:

"Kaghakatsiyagan Baymanagir" Party - Suren Grigoryan
"Ardar Hayastan" party - Hrachya Stepanyan
"Haghdanag" party - Lala Mneyan
"Uzh Hayrenyats" party - Natalya Arzakantsyan
"Hayasdani Yevropakan Party" - Aram Gevorgyan
"For Social Justice" Party - Tsovinar Kostanyan
"Republic" Party - Ani Khachatryan
"United Armenia" party - Vardan Khachatryan
"Enlightened Armenia" party - Tigran Aleksanyan
"Democratic Consolidation" Party - Marine Malkhasyan
"Land of Living" party - Mesrop Arakelyan
Alliance of "Mother Armenia" parties - Manuk Sukiasyan
The second TV debate will take place on September 14, at 22:00, to which only the persons mentioned in the first number of the electoral list of the parties and the alliance have been invited.
