"Transport. What have we done, and what will we do? Tigran Avinyan (VIDEO)
The Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, published a video presenting what work related to improving transport has been done and what work will be done.
"What have we done? At the moment, we have already acquired 578 buses and 15 trolleybuses; we have entirely replaced the ventilation system of the Metro, and the pilot program of the unified ticket system has been launched.
What are we going to do? In 2028, we will complete the construction of the Ajapnyak metro station; in 2026, we will complete the construction of the "Surmalu" station; and in 2027, we will have a project for the construction of the metro station leading to the Malatia-Sebastia administrative region. We will establish a ropeway network from the 2nd section of the Circular Park to the 2nd mass of Nor Nork and along the Ajapnyak-Tsitsernakaberd-Proshyan routes. We will build 4 underground parking lots next to the roads leading to the center."
