Tigran Avinyan, the candidate for mayor of Yerevan, said at the meeting with the residents of Nor Nork today that there are always excuses for not doing something.
"We looked at the issues with a different approach and decided that we are responsible for what no one is responsible for because we are doing it for ourselves, our city, and the people of Yerevan," he said.
