"We changed 1,600 elevators; we have to change another 2,600." Tigran Avinyan
Tigran Avinyan, the candidate for mayor of KP Yerevan, said during the pre-election meeting in Shengavit that they had met the residents of all administrative districts during the last year.
According to him, different problems were presented to them in other districts, "They said in one place: the sewerage is a problem; in another, the football field, the yard. In another place, they said: the kindergarten, the sports school, and the polyclinic. With all these recommendations, 24 kindergartens, 15 parks, more than 200 yards, football fields, sports schools, and schools are being overhauled in Yerevan this year alone. We have replaced 1,600 elevators, and we need to replace another 2,600. All that was accomplished because you ordered it. And when we say, Say it, and We will do it, the slogan was born from the fact that you said it before, and we did it."
