Yerevan Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan published a video on social networks.
"We responsibly declare that we are doing and will do what the people of Yerevan say and will say.
Dear citizens of Yerevan, say it; we will do it," Avinyan wrote in an accompanying note.
