Tigran Avinyan, candidate for mayor of Yerevan of the "Civil Contract" party, published a video clip from yesterday's pre-election meetings on his Facebook page.
"Thank you for the warm welcome, dear citizens of Erebuni.
And, of course, if you say it, we will do it," he said.
