Norayr Norikyan, who heads the electoral list of the "Ardar Hayastan" party in the elections of the Yerevan Council of Elders, informed that the following problems and their systematic solution are strategic for them, therefore, after receiving the vote of the people of Yerevan and taking over the city government of Yerevan, the following 10 strategic steps will be implemented in the capital in the next five years.

A 24-hour city management system, or figuratively, a night mayor institute, will be introduced.

An architectural council attached to the mayor of Yerevan will be established.

Within five years, the legalization of voluntary structures will be fully resolved.

Within five years, the issue of clarifying the status of individual residential houses that still need to preserve the documents confirming the right will be entirely resolved.

We will turn the remaining 238 ha of DALMA GARDENS into a large park forest with swimming pools and ponds to provide summer recreation for citizens.

Within five years, we will plant 1 million trees in and around the capital and establish an urban forest park where statues of the kings of all Armenian kingdoms will be placed.

We will build a new landfill that meets environmental standards,

We will introduce and implement the strategic concept of Hrazdan Gorge development.

We will start the demolition of emergency buildings, providing the residents of the demolished buildings with adequate apartments.

Favorable conditions for investors will be created so that the "Small Center" will develop with infrastructure in line with the centers of the developed capitals of the world.
