The Azerbaijani President spoke about the possibility of friendship with Armenia at a meeting with foreign experts.
"It is still early to talk about friendship or economic integration with Armenia, but the first steps are possible. Georgian partners have proposed several such initiatives to Azerbaijan, and Baku has responded positively. We are waiting for Yerevan's response. For example, mutual visits of journalists and joint discussions on exploiting transboundary rivers," Aliyev said.
