Ankara's steps to normalize relations with Yerevan are linked to Armenia's fulfillment of the conditions set for concluding a peace treaty with Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani media reported; Çağrı Erhan, the chief advisor to the Turkish president, said at a political forum held at Karabakh University in Stepanakert.
He stressed that normalization of relations between Ankara and Yerevan is possible only if Armenia recognizes Azerbaijan's independence, territorial integrity, and sovereignty and signs a peace treaty.
