Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with NBC News that Ukraine will propose a detailed plan for ending the war with its partners at the next peace summit, but Russia's representatives must be present.
"We will develop and propose our version of ending the war. Representatives of Russia should also be present at those discussions. Without the Russian side, it is tough to end this war diplomatically. All countries have asked us to have representatives of Russia at the second summit, and we have said that we are not against it," said Zelensky.
