President of the European Commission Von der Leyen condemned the assassination attempt against Fico

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, condemned the assassination attempt against the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, on her X page.
"I strongly condemn the vile attack against Prime Minister Robert Fitzo. Such incidents of violence have no place in our society and undermine democracy, our most precious common good. My thoughts are with Prime Minister Fitzo and his family," Leyen wrote on his page.
