Finland will provide about 300 million euros to Ukraine.

Finland will allocate 290 million euros to Kyiv for development and humanitarian aid in 2024-2028 under the agreement on Ukraine's security guarantees, as stated in the agreement's text, which was published on the President's website. A four-year military assistance program is also being prepared.

The agreement on security guarantees signed in Kyiv repeats the agreements signed earlier by the Ukrainian authorities with several Western countries. In particular, Finland pledges to support Kyiv's move to join the European Union and NATO, while Ukraine promises to implement reforms and fight corruption. Finland undertakes to continue military support to Ukraine, including training service members. In the event of a conflict with Russia, Finland will hold consultations with Ukraine within 24 hours regarding retaliatory actions.
