Israel plans to move 1.4 million displaced Palestinians from the southern Gaza city of Rafah to "humanitarian enclaves" ahead of a planned military offensive there. Daniel Hagari, the representative of the Israel Defense Forces, told journalists about it.
He noted that launching an attack on Rafah is necessary. At the same time, he emphasized that the timing of the attack depends on "the conditions that will allow it to be done."
