Shahram Irani, commander of the Iranian army's naval forces, announced that Iran, Russia, and China will hold joint naval exercises in March.
He noted that the military exercises for Iran are being conducted to work out the situation of "ensuring the security of the interests and economic resources of Iran and the countries of the Near and Middle East region."
