Ukraine currently considers negotiations with Russia impossible

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmitry Kuleba, believes that negotiations with Russia will not start soon. He announced this in an interview with the Japanese NHK TV channel.
Kuleba criticized those who talked about the slow pace of the counterattack. He stated the need to respect the Ukrainian military, which "risks their lives to move forward."
