Ukraine has confirmed the start of a counter-offensive

Mykhail Podoliak, the adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine, said that the counter-offensive of the armed forces of Ukraine has started for several days. The military is conducting separate operations.
"The counter-attack continues for several days. The front stretches along the border of 1500 km, but separate operations have already started," Podoliak said on the Rai 1 TV channel.
