US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken wrote on his Twitter page:
"I talked with Prime Minister Pashinyan about steps to restore bilateral peace talks with Azerbaijan, which is the only way to lasting peace between the two countries. I also expressed deep concern regarding the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh."
