On Wednesday, Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that on December 5, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov would meet with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, who is leaving for Russia on a working visit to discuss the issue of the settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
According to him, the heads of foreign affairs will discuss several issues of further development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations in the context of the declaration of allied cooperation signed by the two countries presidents on February 22 of this year in Moscow.
