Lavrov and Bayramov discussed the Lachin Corridor incident

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated at the press conference held after the talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Jeyhun Bayramov, that the issues arising from the fulfillment of agreements between Azerbaijani neighbors and partners are of primary importance for Moscow.

"Azerbaijan's state departments work with Russian peacekeepers. For us, the issues that arise from the Azerbaijani neighbors and partners regarding implementing the agreements contained in the tripartite declarations are of primary importance. Our soldiers are actively dealing with it on the spot," Lavrov emphasized.

On Saturday, a group of Azerbaijanis in civilian clothes blocked the highway connecting Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh under the pretext of an "environmental problem." The negotiations of the Russian peacekeeping troops' command lasted about three hours, and the way was opened.
