Azerbaijan is against the inclusion of issues related to Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians in the peace agreement

"They say (the Armenians - ed.) that they recognize our territory and sovereignty. They not only say but also sign in Prague and Sochi. This means the sovereignty of our entire territory. We all understand what sovereignty is. At the same time, they want to include issues related to the Armenian minority in Azerbaijan in the reconciliation agreement. It won't happen; it's impossible. We will not agree to that. Therefore, we need an apparent position of the Armenian government regarding its agenda," said Azeri President Ilham Aliyev during a meeting with the delegation led by the EU Special Envoy for Eastern Partnership Dirk Schübel.
