The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, announced that he intends to speak with Putin on the phone upon his return from Bali.
Erdogan stated that he plans to discuss with Putin the issue of extending the grain deal and the transportation of Russian fertilizers and ammonia.
