The spokesperson of the Polish Foreign Ministry, Lukasz Jasina, announced "On November 15, 2022, an hour-long massive rocket attack by the Russian armed forces took place in the direction of the entire territory of Ukraine and its critical infrastructures. At 3:40 p.m., a Russian-made rocket fell on the village of Przewodów, Khrubiesów district, Lublin province, killing two Polish citizens. Therefore, Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau summoned the Russian ambassador to Poland and immediately demanded a detailed explanation."
