"Azerbaijani armed forces are at the main strategic heights. Armenia should understand well what it means." Aliev

"In 2023, Azerbaijan's military expenses will be a record. You may ask why the war ended; two years have passed. The answer is straightforward. In Armenia, the revanchist forces are raising their heads; some forces and circles do not want to come to terms with the outcome of the war", said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in a speech before the soldiers in Shushi.
"After the operations of September 13-14, the Azerbaijani armed forces were deployed on the main strategic heights of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border. Armenia should understand well what it means.
Today, we can see Kapan, Goris from these strategic heights. We are on the shore of Black Lake. Lake Sevan is also in front of our eyes. All this is reality," Aliyev added.
