Stefano Sannino, Secretary General of the External Action Service of the European Union, wrote in his Twitter microblog that the third session of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border demarcation and security commission is underway in Brussels.
"We are glad to welcome the border commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan, headed by Deputy Prime Ministers Mher Grigoryan and Shahin Mustafaev, for their third meeting in Brussels. The European Union calls on the parties to take steps to improve security on the ground and to make progress on border demarcation," the EU representative wrote.
It should be noted that the first meeting regarding border demarcation and demarcation took place on May 24 of this year in the Nakhichevan section of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border.
