Today in Samarkand, at the session of the CIS inter-parliamentary assembly, the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, Alen Simonyan, announced that "Azerbaijan is torpedoing Armenia's efforts to establish peace in the South Caucasus."
"Unfortunately, the efforts of Armenia and the international community to establish long-term peace in the South Caucasus are being torpedoed by Baku's military rhetoric and actions," Simonyan stated.
