Exports from Iran to Armenia increased by 37%

Iran's Ambassador to Armenia, Abbas Zokhuri, announced that Iran's export to Armenia increased by 37% compared to last year. Iran considers Armenia a safe and reliable communication bridge to establish trade relations with EAEU and EU countries.

According to the ambassador, Armenia's preferential tariff for exporting goods to EAEU countries will allow Iranian business people to be present in such markets.

Zokhuri noted that several important projects are on the agenda of the interstate commission of Iran and Armenia. "The volume of Iran's exports to Armenia has reached 560 million dollars, and we plan to increase it to 1 billion dollars," the ambassador added.
